Information you give us
When you request a quote, we collect what you enter in the form: your name, email address, phone number, vehicle year, make and model, the services you're interested in, how you heard about us, and any message. We also record which page of the site you sent the request from.
If you arrived from one of our ads, the quote request also includes the ad click and campaign details from the link you followed (for example, which campaign it was), so we can tell which ads bring in customers. Your browser keeps these details for up to 90 days.
When you call, text or email us, we receive the information you share in that conversation.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and how visitors arrived. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information like your device type, browser, approximate location and pages visited.
- Advertising. We use Google Ads to measure which ads lead to calls and quote requests, and to show our ads to people who have visited the site (remarketing). Google Ads uses cookies for this. If you arrive from one of our ads and call the number shown on the site, Google may show you a forwarding number so it can count the call.
- Enhanced conversions. When you send a quote request, the email address and phone number you entered are shared with Google in hashed (scrambled) form, so Google can match the request to an ad click and measure our ad results.
- Meta Pixel. We may use the Meta Pixel to measure and improve our ads on Facebook and Instagram. It records visits and actions such as quote requests, calls and booking starts.
- Microsoft Clarity. We may use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use our pages, through heatmaps and recordings of clicks, taps and scrolling. Clarity masks what you type into forms.
- Your display preference. If you switch between the dark and light look, that choice is saved in your own browser so the site remembers it. It is not sent to us.
Services we use
Some features are provided by other companies, which receive information when you use them and handle it under their own privacy policies:
- Formspree receives quote requests and delivers them to us by email.
- Urable runs the online booking shop shown on our contact page. Information you enter there is collected by Urable.
- Google provides analytics, advertising and ad measurement, the map on our contact page and the directions link.
- Meta provides advertising and ad measurement on Facebook and Instagram.
- Microsoft provides Microsoft Clarity, which shows how visitors use the site.
- YouTube provides the videos shown on the site.
- HITEK provides the window tint shade simulator. It only loads if you choose to start it.
How we use information
- To reply to your questions and prepare your quote.
- To schedule and complete your service, and follow up about it.
- To understand which pages and advertising bring in customers, and to improve the site.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers listed above as needed to run the site and our business, or when required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and customer records as long as needed to serve you, honor our guarantee and warranties, and meet legal and tax requirements.
Your choices
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's Analytics opt-out add-on.
- You can turn off personalized Google ads in Google's ad settings, and manage how Meta uses your activity for ads in Meta's ad preferences.
- You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by contacting us below.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
